Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rescue Supply Depot. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for healthcare items such as but not limited to medication, bandaging supplies, disposable or sterile medical equipment, and other specialty equipment. If you aren't sure whether or not the product you want to order is refund eligible, please contact us.

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product arrived damaged
  • You ordered the wrong product (one return for this reason allowed per 12 months)
  • Your product is defective and does not have warranty coverage, and it has been less than 60 days from the date your order was shipped.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Payments made by check, will be refunded as an in-store credit only. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
